The incitement against Haredi soldiers in the haredi public worsens and already leads to disastrous results.

Yaakov Rafaeli, a G-d fearing haredi avrech, resident of Haifa who is a Shahar soldier serving in the Navy, came to Meron to pray. What happened there, and the shocking experience he had, he described in his Facebook page.

"Eighteen months ago, I accepted bli neder to go up to Meron every Erev Rosh Chodesh, in order to get stronger, and get strength to continue on," he begins his story.

"Last Thursday, the eve of Rosh Chodesh Sivan, I headed at the end of the day to the holy tomb on Meron. But this time I had a terrible reception: Avrechim and bochurim welcomed me shouting 'Hardakim out!', 'Hardakim are exempt from ma'ariv,' Hardakim don't join a minyan', one placed into my hands a terrible sticker showing a Haredi soldier trampled by a black shoe. The worst was one avrech who turned to me and said: 'We ask you to get out of here', as if Meron belongs to him.

"For a long time while I preferred not to answer, hold back silently, but my heart was bleeding. Not because they hurt my feelings, but since I thought I would find in our community a little more intelligence, a little more respect for Jews (Oh, and there was also the one who said to me, 'first put on clothes of a Jew, and then come'), a little more basic understanding that there are those who want to provide for their own home and not exempt themselves from the duty of the army. "

Attorney Ariel Deri, CEO of the 'Tov' movement, which help Shachar soldiers, expressed shock at the incident and said: "We get reports all the time about similar shocking incidents, on the border of violence. This is inciting terror, that if it was directed against haredim, would have caused an outcry. This must stop and it's hard to figure out who could allow such terrible incitement against G-d fearing Jews that their only desire is to provide for their home."
