Blow to the kashrus of Rabbi Landau • Another company branching to Eideh

Haredi dailies posted an announcement on behalf of Shamir Salads informing the public that the PL Fish products will now marketed from the industrial Ramle, under the supervision of the Eideh Charedi by Shamir Salads factory exclusively.

"We'll continue to serve our clients kashrus and quality," promises the company's management.

Company PL Fish was so far under the kashrus supervision of Rabbi Landau Ab"d of Bnei Brak for years and now crosses the line and undertakes the kashrus of the Eideh Charedi in Jerusalem.

Recently, Rabbi Landau removed the kashrus supervision from the Chalban dairy due to irregularities as it says so in the ad on his behalf, which then received, the supervision of the Badatz Eideh Charedi.
Is this a trend?

With regard to the case at hand, the answer is no.

Company PL Fish, recently conducted negotiations with the company Shamir Salads, to merge in a deal which was finally implemented.

Since production lines of Shamir are under the supervision of the Eideh Charedi, the board decided that Badatz will also provide for the fish factory, since there is no reason to hold two kashrus authorities, under one roof.

Rabbis of the Kashrus Committee arrived at the fish factory, and after their demands have been met, paved the way for renewed production lines of the fish factory.
