Hgray'l Steinman: "strongly opposed to a deal with Habayit Hayehudi"

Yesterday (Monday) Hgr"s Auerbach came to visit Hgray"l Steinman at his home on 5 Chazon Ish Street in Bnei Brak.
The purpose of the visit: blessing in honor of Shavuos.
Hgr"s said to Hgray"l that he had come "to ask for a blessing in honor of Chag Matan Torah."
Then he added: "I haven't seen the Rosh Yeshiva in a long time"
Then he blessed Hgray"l Steinman and left. The meeting lasted a short time, and was attended by Rabbi Moshe Steinman and Rabbi Shraga Shapiro.
Earlier came to Hgray"l the dayan Rabbi Avraham Sherman and Rabbi Simcha Hacohen Kook, from Rechovot, to hear his opinion about the deal to run together the Rabbis Amar - Ariel.
Hgray"l again expressed his opinion against the deal, saying that he opposed it vehemently.
