London fanatic's mobilizing to fight against recruitment of the yeshiva students in Israel.
Next Monday will be held in the English capital a rally against the plan to recruit the yeshiva students to the army. Parallel - Next Thursday there will be a rally of the Eideh Charedi in Jerusalem.
Eideh Charedi called in a letter for London Assembly. The letter stated: "the inhabitants of the Government Committee of the rule of evil, which stood in the Holy Land, to destroy yeshiva students and our holy Torah, to impose the army on the yeshiva in Israel in the mundane and nonsense, which has been ruled by all the Gedolei Yisrael that it is inadmissible.
"What about the rest of the decrees and persecute persecution of the God-fearing in the Holy Land Torah decrees on introducing new religion of Israel, in any form or manner possible and all parts of Torah life. We already released our opinion that we must protest for the Torah."
Recently Av Beit Din of the Eideh Hgri"t Weiss expressed on recruitment. In a speech at the rally in Beitar Illit he said: "The government decreed yeshiva students and kollel students - and the rest of all of the Bnei Torah have to go into the army. This is a decree! They are not lacking soldiers, in this regard they can manage, to this day they have enough troops, and they don’t lack soldiers for the future, it is not the point what is happening here.
"They want to uproot the Torah from Israel, instead of sitting and learning Torah, they want them out of the yeshivas and kollels and take them to the army and destroy them."
It is not yet clear where rallies will be held in Israel and London. One of the suggestions of the Eideh Charedi was to hold the rally in front of the recruiting office in Jerusalem, but was rejected so far - by the police.
For the rally to be held in London, fanatics produced a booklet, where the great rabbis are quoted against the army. Most of the booklet is in Yiddish. The booklet is accompanied by images of Orthodox soldiers and yeshiva student's detainees.
