Report investigation into the death of prisoner X, will be published tomorrow morning, following the state's request to remove the gag order imposed on the report.
Magistrates Court in Rishon Lezion, decided to allow publishing the details of the circumstances of the death of the detainee Zygier.
Tomorrow at ten will be published a report investigating the circumstances of death.
The decision was made following a request by the state to remove the gag order.
However some limitations imposed on the publication of the decision in full: references to the names of Shabak officers will be made by way of score initials, as well as removed any identifying details of the prisoner or of any member of his family.
