Bezeq Online opens recruitment process of 150 candidates for Clalit Health Services in Beer Sheva. The crosshairs: Arab women and women belonging to the Gur Hasidism.
Recruitment campaign will occur in the coming months, during which Bezeq Online will cooperate with the employment office in Be'er Sheva. Bezeq Online will hold a permanent representative office of the Bureau in the city, and allow immediate mobilization to data ranks.
As part of the recruitment process, there was collaboration between Bezeq Online to Ryan Center, which promotes employment among Arabic speakers. So far, the collaboration has resulted in the enlistment of ten women from the Khoury Bedouin settlement in the Negev. New recruits will join the centers and provide service in Hebrew and Arabic.
On Wednesday recruitment day will be held, during which the Gur Hasidim women from Arad will be reviewed. During recruitment the candidate will go through screening, and eventually will be absorbed as part of the Information center of Clalit Health Services.
Recruitment Manager and staff of Bezeq Online: "Bezeq Online is pleased and proud that the business expansion will provide employment for the south, especially for women, and among other things, the Bedouin women and Haredi sector.
"For Gur Hasidic women, the last few years we got to know the Haredi sector closely and we know how to provide the necessary conditions so that employees can fit into Bezeq online without changing their lifestyle. There is a growing trend among Orthodox women which is characterized by highly personalized, dedication and commitment, out into the community and outside the house and find work, given that the workplace can provide the necessary conditions for the orthodox lifestyle, including modesty and training.
