Exclusive • "Harav Yaakov Yosef did not recant, all means to fight against discrimination - kosher"

Rabbi Yarhi, associate of Hagaon R' Yaakov Yosef, claims that the Rav has never retracted his mind from the Emmanuel affair: Rabbi Yarhi saw a need to clarify matters, since at the funeral Rabbi Yaakov Ades informed of his will, according to which one should not appeal to courts in matters of discrimination.

According to Rabbi Yarhi, many interpreted things as if Hagr"y withdrew from the appeal to court in t he Emmanuel affair, as well as banned turning to the authorities.

"The goal in the Emmanuel appeal to the court was to form a threat against school administrators," he said. "Rabbi Yaakov Yosef did not retract, all measures in the war against discrimination are kosher - including turning to law enforcement, other than appealing to court," explains Rabbi Aharon Yarhi, associate of Rabbi Yaakov Yosef, in a hesped delivered on Monday in the Beit Midrash Chazon Yaakov Borochov in Jerusalem.
