No waiting: Satmar established migration organization for 'draft refugees'

Satmar Hasidism are not awaiting the results of the deliberations of the Ministerial Committee to formulate the law to recruit the yeshiva students, and already established in the United States, an assisted body for immigration of yeshiva students from Israel.

Today (Sunday) is about to begin its deliberations, the Ministerial Committee on the equality burden, headed by Minister Yaakov Perry.

The Committee shall decide within forty-nine days, what is the recommended outline to recruit yeshiva students, in continuation to the commitments to form a government coalition.

Satmar Hasidism took the business seriously. They are not waiting till the government formulates the conclusions, how and when to recruit the yeshiva students.

Along the lines agreed upon in the coalition agreement, yeshiva students will be recruited - if at all - only in a few years. But Satmar do not take risks.

A special committee was established by Satmar to give the answer, for the possibility that yeshiva students choose to emigrate, to avoid military or civilian service.
The committee for recruitment refugees, it has been named, has already released a phone number, which the fleeing students can call in time of need.

Members of the committee led by Yetev Lev of Satmar, will be of assistance and help them in any matter, to be absorbed between the community in New York.
