First time: out Bahusher Rebbe goes to the U.S.

For the first time since becoming Rebbe, the Bahusher Rebbe will go out this week to the U.S. accompanied by his close entourage, for a 10 day journey, to raise funds for his institutions.

Bahush institutions do not take funds from the State of Israel, for ideological reasons. The Rebbe also does not support the election process, for those reasons.

This is despite the Rebbe, Rabbi Yitzchak of Bahush who founded the chassidus in Israel, tended towards Zionism and would daven on Independence Day at the Great Synagogue in the city.
It was recently reported that even his brother in law the Biale Rebbe of Ramat Aharon, ordered his institutions to stop taking budgets.

During the visit of the Satmar Rebbe in Israel two months ago, the Satmar and Bahusher Rebbe held mutual visits.

Several amplifiers of Satmar also came to visit the Bahusher Rebbe, who accompanied the journey, and invited him to conduct fundraising for institutions in Williamsburg and even stay there.

The Rebbe will be staying at the residence of Hanagid Harav Yochanan Mendlowitz and will spend his time in Williamsburg during the journey. Shabbos prayers and tishim will be held at Continental Halls.
