Today (Wednesday), near the 'Crusader' junction in Chevron, near the Tomb of the Patriarchs, Border Policemen spotted a 20-year old Palestinian walking suspiciously toward the fighters.
Force began a security check on the young resident of Beit Awwa. During search of his belongings a knife was found on his body, which was confiscated.
Preliminary interrogation the youngster admitted that his intention was to carry out a stabbing attack against police and soldiers in the area.
The suspect was arrested and taken to security forces for questioning, and further treatment at the SJ District.
