This afternoon, at approximately 16:00 the nature reserves and Judea forest reserve, which is the center of the Golan Heights, was summoned following reports of a young hiker, a yeshiva student, who was injured and there was concern he sustained head injury.

A group of volunteers went to the site, and connected to the tour group. One of them was slightly injured, and they were rescued out of the reserve.

Last night at around 20:00 'Golan' Rescue Unit volunteers were called to Nachal Meitzar in the southern Golan Heights, following reports of three yeshiva students who have lost their way and cannot get out. The volunteers went out, and an hour later residents of the center joined the boys, who were rescued from the stream.

These reportedly entered at 14:00, followed the marked path, at one point left it and moved away from it, when they realized they stopped there.

"They explained more or less where they are" rescue unit members said, "volunteers went down and after about 20 minutes we joined them and we left together."
