The following prosecution has almost all data to mistake and think it is the Holyland case.

The attorneys representing the plaintiff in the suit are the lawyers representing S. D., the state witness on the case, who passed away last weekend. Yad Sarah, whose head is Uri Lupolianski, is one of the defendants in the Holyland case.

According to a report on "News 1" it indicates that Mordecai Peretz Hirshenbaum demands from Yad Sarah the amount of 36.4 million following a deal to purchase land.

Hirshenbaum is represented by attorney Amnon Yitzhknia and Ilan Sobel, S. D.'s lawyers.
According to the prosecution, the land located on Yirmiyahu Street in Jerusalem was sold to Hirshenbaum in 2007 for $ 6.5 million. He argues that only after the agreement was signed he learned that the organization had given the plot borders, rights which significantly detracts from its ability to build on the lot purchased.

One of the arguments that are not central to the case but is significant for the court in the Holyland case, is an argument that appears in section 2 which claims: "The sale agreement was cut off under the watchful eye of the founder of the defendant, who is considered to simulate its Chairman, Mr. Uri Lupolianski, who was present at the signing of the agreement, in office as mayor of Jerusalem."

Later section reads: "Who had with plaintiff negotiations towards the conclusion of the land sale agreement was representative of the right-hand man, Mr. Lupolianski, Mr. Avraham Alter".
