Will a new graves battle unfold precisely at the planned haredi city of Charish?

Tomorrow (Tuesday) demonstrates plan to demonstrate on behalf of the Atra Kadisha and will leave on organized buses to go to one of the city's construction areas in Charish. According to the leaders of the struggle, employees were seen desecrating Jewish graves that were found at the site.

Desecration of graves, they argue, has taken place for two weeks. Last Wednesday, representatives of the organization came and demanded the contractor's employees to stop work. "They promised to stop," says an organization source.

This Sunday, representatives of the organization came and again protested the desecration of graves being done, apparently, at the site.

Regional police were called and removed some of the protesters to the nearby road junction, with a warning not to return to the area. But, as mentioned, tomorrow a demonstration will be held at the site, with plans for demonstrators to leave on the buses from Bnei Brak, Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh.

Message out to the public reads: "Can we say peace to our mind? Are we able to eat and drink, whilst cannibals continue day after day to empty more and more graves, and throw the bones of the saints out of their resting places, for thousands of years! We are forbidden to remain silent."

Several months ago, the organization published opponent's posters, which the construction is causing alleged desecration of graves. The organization was quick to clarify that this is a hoax. But now an organization speaking with B'Chadrei Charedim says: "There is a large amount, most of the area can be built, but the desecration of graves is a certainty."

Organization appealed to the court against disqualification

Meanwhile, yesterday the Haifa District Court discussed the Orthodox housing associations filed against the decision of Israel Lands Administration to disqualify their bid auctions at the city being built. The petition sought to get an injunction temporarily continued tender process, to clarify the identity of the re-auction winners.

Within a few days will be decisive whether to accept the request to issue Orthodox organizations. However, it is estimated that if no order is issued Orthodox legal - factors will purchase apartments from contractors who won the tenders.
