Meanwhile, today (Sunday) opens a conference of AIPAC, the American lobby for Israel. More than 10,000 supporters will reach Washington DC and participate in a series of events and discussions.
As a representative of the U.S. Government Vice President Joe Biden will participate and he will carry the speech tomorrow. Prime Minister Netanyahu, in light of efforts to establish coalition could not attend, will be broadcast live speech to those attending the conference. Outgoing Defense Minister Ehud Barak will be the chief representative of the Government of Israel to take part in the conference.
The conference takes place weeks before Obama's first visit since his election in Israel.
