A recent poll, from two days ago, published Tuesday in the Haaretz newspaper, provides Yair Lapid with the highest number of votes to date: 31. This survey deserves special attention because of how it was carried out: it was conducted online among a targeted and set audience of 737 people, 88% Jews and 12% Arabs.

All participants in an online survey panel are members found in the browsing of "Sample Project". Survey Editor, Professor Camil Fuchs of the Department of Statistics at Tel Aviv University, turned to each of the panel member's with two questions: which party did you vote for and which party would you vote for if the election were held today.

The results by size: Yesh Atid 31, Likud Beitenu 26 Habayit Hayehudi 13, Shas 10, Avodah 9, Meretz 7, Yahadut Hatorah 6, UAL Taal 5, Balad 4, Hadash 4, Hatnua3, and Kadima 2.

This survey is the latest of several surveys published last week and checked what would happen if the election were held today. All recorded meteoric leap for Yesh Atid, which won 24 to 30 seats. Habayit Hayehudi of Naftali Bennett recorded an increase of 2-3 seats, while Avodah of Yachimovich and Netanyahu-led Likud Beitenu deeply deteriorated and lost many seats.
