At a hearing today (Monday) at the Jerusalem Magistrates Court the arrest of three residents of Beitar Illit accused of drug trafficking was extended until Thursday, at 11:00. Statement demands were filed.

Last Monday, police investigators in Judea and Samaria arrested five suspects on drug trafficking, including two brothers from Beitar Illit.

At a hearing today at the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court, the arrest of three of them was extended, including two brothers from the city of Torah and Chassidus. Two other suspects were released to their homes.

Following the arrest of the suspects last week 15 'clients' were detained on suspicions of drug purchased from the five detainees. At the interrogation consumers tied themselves to the allegations, and admitted making multiple purchases from dealers detainees.

Among the detainees for interrogation on suspicion of drug use, you can find a sofer, mother of seven and school director.

The police statement demands against three detainees, when it intends to keep the suspects in custody until an indictment is filed against them.
