Vizhnitz chassidus centered on King Solomon Street in Bnei Brak will celebrate on Sunday 28th Adar the Bar Mitzvah of the eldest grandson of the Rebbe, the eldest son of his only son HaRav HaTzaddik Rabbi Chaim Meir Hager, Rav Chassidei Vizhnitz in the U.S. - Spinka Rebbe's son in law - United States.
This will be the first at the chassidus and held by the Rebbe for his descendants, besides for brisim and kiddushim in Eretz Yisrael. The Bar Mitzvah of the twin grandsons of the Rebbe, sons of his son in law HaRav HaTzaddik Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Katz took place in New York, during the visit of the Rebbe on Chanukah.
This is a special joy, for the bar mitzvah boy, Shalom Simcha Ber Hagar, is a son following a son, and in due course will continue the Hasidic dynasty and lead the Vizhnitz chassidim.
On the occasion of the simcha the 'tishim hall' built during the shiva of the Rebbe the Yeshuot Moshe zt"l at the Vizhnitz Center, was expanded.
B'Chadrei Charedim, serves the complete schedule of events, along with scenes of the preparations - the preparatory committee, the tishim hall expansion, and recording in the studios of new songs composed on the occasion of the simcha.
Series of events in Vizhnitz will begin on the yartzeit, 20th Adar, anniversary of the death of the Yeshuot Moshe zt"l, which falls on Shabbat Parashat Ki Tisa.
On Thursday 18th Adar, chassidim, led by the Rebbe, will go up at 14:00 to the grave of the Yeshupt Moshe in the Vizhnitz Rebbes plot in Bnei Brak, and then there will be a test at the Beit Midrash on King Solomon Street in Bnei Brak. Later there will be a Siyum Hashas at the Heichalei Malchus halls.
On Shabbos all the Chassidim will gather for the central conference. The yartzeit tish will take place during seuda shlishit.
Sunday, the day of the Bar Mitzvah will begin with placing of Tefillin and a Lechaim tish. At 19:30 the simcha will begin. In honor of the simcha, guests will arrive from the United States and Europe. Some of the Chassidim will arrive for Purim and stay for the yartzeit and Bar Mitzvah.
