Court refuses request by the leader of the Shuvu Banim community to release him from prison to serve his term in house arrest in Johannesburg, accepting the prosecutor’s demands.

Rav Eliezer Berland, leader of Shuvu Banim who is imprisoned in South Africa has agreed to be extradited to Israel following negotiations by Rav Yitzchak David Grossman with Israel police and authorities in South America. The Rav will serve out his time under special conditions.
