Hundreds attended yesterday (Tuesday) a support rally held in Paris for families of yeshiva students who were murdered in cold blood.
Show of support was conducted at six thirty in the evening in front of the Israeli consulate in France, attended by hundreds of people. Eli Eben Zur, who was at the rally to show support, told Behadrey Haredim: "It was amazing to see the hundreds of people who came to show support, there were secular, religious, Orthodox and French who just came to express their condolences to the families of the murdered and the people of Israel.
"Remember that the network was spontaneous, in less than a day, no ads, just using social media and referrals. Atmosphere was exciting, for a moment I thought I was at a rally in Rabin Square. Hundreds of people stood and sang excitedly all the songs sung by Israel rally, people brought candles and lit. "
Eben Zur goes on to describe "the rally itself began this afternoon by a service followed by a recitation of Psalms and the number of speeches, it was really emotional. Of course police cooperated despite the short notice, and the event was very secure. Those who organized the event were Betar organization in France - an organization that serves Brigade actions to combat anti-Semitism in the country. "
